Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Frontier Polymers, every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in optimal condition. All shipments require inspection and acknowledgment at the time of delivery.

Made-to-Order Dispatch Timeline
Frontier Polymers operates on a made-to-order basis.
The estimated dispatch time is 7–10 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page or order confi rmation.
For orders containing multiple products, the dispatch timeline of the product with the longest dispatch duration will apply, as all items are shipped together.
For orders with a total order value exceeding ₹1,00,000, the order will be reviewed by our team, and a custom dispatch timeline will be shared with you.
Dispatch timelines refer strictly to the time taken to ship the order from our factory and do not include transit time.
Delivery Partners

Delivery attempts will be made up to three (3) times.
