WATER TANKS

We have come out with a unique product made from Linear Low density Polyethylene (LLDPE) which can withstand temperatures till about 90 degrees centigrade and still keep the water inside it relatively cooler than the outside temperature. This product is cheaper and better, both in design and functionality than its counterparts offered elsewhere in the world of water tanks.These tanks come with the facility of 'Threaded Lids' which can be screwed on to the top to keep the dust out.

We are well qualified in both experience and technical know how to make the right kind of plastic water storage tank for you.

Variety of Sizes and Types:
 FRONTIER TRIPLE LAYER:

These tanks are made in three layers. The middle layer is sandwiched between these two to act as an insulator against heat.

FRONTIER GOLD SERIES:
tripple layer These tanks are a class apart from the conventional water tanks seen otherwise in the market. These tanks are totally white in colour with in built UV stabilizers and are an excellent choice when it comes to high temperatures. These tanks reflect back the heat of the sun and relatively keep the water cool during those harsh summer months.

Practical Observation: We measured the temperature of a conventional Black Water storage tank and the findings were quite astonishing:- The day temperature was measured at 45°C during June. The surface temperature of Black Tank measured a shocking 67°C compared to 38°C of a white tank. The inside water temperature of a Black tank measured 52°C to that of 28°C in a white tank!!!

Frontier chemical tanks are made from Imported Hexene LLDPE resin having High Density and Low Melt Flow. The resin used has high ESCR (Environmental Stress Crack Resistance). This property of the resin enables the chemical tank to have maximum possible life. The density and melt flow ensure that the tank has High Chemical Resistance due to closely packed molecules in the resin. Different manufacturers use different resins. As the resin contributes greatly to the quality of the final product, hence we want the customers to know that:
                                             " ALL BLACK TANKS ARE NOT THE SAME "

The wall thickness not only takes care of the specific gravity of the chemical stored but also accounts for the aggressive nature of the chemical which induces high stress on the side wall of the tank compared to water tank.

We are the ONLY manufacturers in India to offer chemical tanks in 'Crosslinked Polymer'. These tanks can withstand temperatures upto 110°C.

Available for almost all chemicals like HCL, Sulphuric Acid, Nitric Acid and many others depending on the chemical resistance chart and in variety of sizes to suit your application.
