     Features:

     Lightweight HDPE welded cans without rivets, eliminating         scraping of sliver.

     Antislip top plates to ensure a firm hold on the silver doff.

     Galvanised / stainless steel ring at the bottom to provide         the can with extra stability.

     Galvanised steel / Rim at the top to maintain the shape of the         can even under extreme climatic conditions.

     Stabilized steel type springs for uniform thrust throughout the         doff.

     Specially designed heavy-duty, dust free swivel ball-bearing         castors, for easy maneuverability.

     Additional kicking band provided for auto doffing mechanism.

     Sheet thickness variable from 1.5 mm to 3 mm, depending upon         the size of the can.

     SUPER TUFF CARD CANS

     Frontier Super Tuff card cans from prime grade of polymers giving the         product an almost indestructible life.

    They are dent free - unlike aluminum or galvanized sheet cans.

    They are 100% seamless in construction.

    There are no joints - additions - and unevenness.

     Ensure friction less and tap free operation.

     Come in an average thickness of 3.5 mm to 7.5 mm.

     Come in a wide range of sizes to suit any application.
     Available in size ranging from 9" to 63" in diameter and 36" to 48" in         height.

      Surprisingly small quantities can be custom moulded to suit specific         requirements.

SPRING & TOP PLATES
The springs are made out of high tensile wires to suit the customers' required tension levels of yarn weight. Springs are also provided in customers' choice - coiled springs with tied down arrangements or in pentograph. The diameter of the steel wire used, the diameter of the spring and the number of turns of the springs is calculated according to the weight of the yarn. Cans up to 600mm (24") in diameter are provided with plastic antiskid top plates while large sizes come with aluminum top plates.

                                     THE CASTORS
Spinex Card Cans and Super tuff cans are supplied with fibre free nylon. Ball Bearing castors with swivel support in 65mm or 75mm dia (wheel size). The castors can be dis-assembled to easily remove any yarn fluff accumulation over a period of time (the customer can also provide castors of their own choice for fittings to their ordered cans, if so desired).
